I’m pleased to celebrate two years of blogging about motivation, persistence, and impulse control in the domain of personal finance.

In the past year, I published a book about diabetes lifestyle change (The Diabetes Motivation Book: Change One Thing at a Time with the Science of Willpower), and in the next year, I plan to publish a book about financial change.
